Local Agency Obligations. All data applicable to the project and in possession of LOCAL AGENCY, another agency, or government agency that are to be made available to CONSULTANT are referred to in the AGREEMENT. Any other assistance or services to be furnished to CONSULTANT are to be stated clearly.
Local Agency Obligations. LOCAL AGENCY will supply a “responsible in charge” person to inspect the work. LOCAL AGENCY will provide project oversight and consultation as required. LOCAL AGENCY will furnish a written request for each Task, as needed. The request shall include the location, required parameters, type of work, and time frame for each Task.

Conferences, Site Visits, Inspection of Work This AGREEMENT provides for conferences as needed, visits to the site, and inspection of the work by representatives of the LOCAL AGENCY, State, and/or FHWA. Costs incurred by CONSULTANT for meetings, subsequent to the initial meeting shall be included in the fee. Checking Shop Drawings The LOCAL AGENCY will be responsible for payments related to plan checks through a separate agreement. CONSULTANT Services During Construction The CONSULTANT will assist during the course of construction for material testing, construction surveys, and other tests as deemed necessary as a result of the CONSULTANT’S engineering plans.
Local Agency Obligations. All data applicable to the Project and in possession of Town have been provided to Consultant with the RFP and respective Addenda. Consultant is directed to coordinate with the project Administrator throughout the Project, including but not limited to public hearings and community outreach.
