Local Contractors. Redeveloper shall make commercially reasonable efforts to allocate the work associated with the construction of the Initial Improvements in a manner which provides local contractors with an opportunity to participate in such work. Contracts for the Initial Improvements shall be let on the basis of price, quality of service and reputation. Further, preferences shall be give to local contractors and minority owned businesses when such contractors demonstrate equal capability and bondability relative to other contractors for the scope of work to be performed.

Local Contractors. Tenant shall endeavor to hire and use local contractors for building and operating the Stadium, including construction and food and beverage services. All employees and contractors shall be paid no less than $15 per hour or the prevailing minimum wage if higher than $15 per hour for their services.
Local Contractors. To the extent commercially reasonable, Company shall use contractors and subcontractors principally located within the Louisville Metropolitan Statistical Area to complete the Project.
