Local Network Service. Service shall terminate on or after the date that Contract Termination Charges, defined and set forth in the Stipulation and Agreement and the Amendmenta date mutually agreed to the Service Agreement between the Transmission Customer and Transmission Owner under the Transmission Owner’s FERC Electric Tariff, Original Volume 1 filed on May 30, 1997 in Docket No. ER97-680-000 and conditionally approved by the Commission on November 26, 1997 (the “Restructuring Agreements”), are fully recovered from the Transmission Customer.
