Litter. In accordance with the Virginia Anti-Litter Law, receptacles sufficient to contain workmen's litter and construction wastes capable of being spread by wind or water shall be located on the construction site. The number and size of receptacles required shall be determined by the Contractor.
Litter. All litter must be placed in the bins provided. No intoxicants shall be brought on to or consumed on the premises, unless under the direct supervision of the licensee or a senior member of staff.
Litter. Hunters agree that lands covered by this agreement shall be kept free of litter at all times. Hunters agree to permit no material waste on Leased Premises, to remove all material refuse and litter they deposit thereon, and particularly Hunters agree not to throw out beverage containers on the land. Hunters agree to pick up and remove from Leased Premises all spent ammunition shells and cartridges.

Litter. In an effort to keep our streets clean, ships' crew and passengers will be asked to utilize trash containers and cigarette ash trays. Docks and harbors are regulated under the Skagway Municipal Code (Chapter 12.08 Small Boat Harbor). Operators will conduct pre-season training in a manner which emphasizes these guidelines.
1. COURTEOUS USE: Operators agree to use docks, harbors, loading ramps, the airport and related parking facilities in a courteous and responsible manner, and to pay special attention to other users.

No direct seller shall allow rubbish or litter to accumulate in or around the area in which he is conducting business, whether generated by the direct seller's business or the public at large. At least one clean, plastic-lined trash container clearly marked for litter shall be kept and maintained in the area by the direct seller.

23. Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all trash, garbage, petwaste, and recycling.
Litter. The Contractor will use due care to prevent Solid Waste from being: (a) spilled or scattered during collection and transportation, including during removal and dumping of Container’s contents into the collection vehicle, and (b) tracked onto any alley, street, road or highway by vehicles. The Contractor will not transfer loads from one vehicle to another on any alley, street, road or highway unless necessitated by mechanical failure or accidental damage to a vehicle. The Contractor will immediately clean up any solid waste that it spills or scatters. Each collection vehicle will carry a broom and shovel at all times for this purpose. If the Contractor fails to clean up Solid Waste within twenty-four (24) hours of oral or written notice by the County, the County may clean up or cause to be cleaned up Solid Waste and the Contractor shall reimburse the County for the County’s clean-up costs. The County’s reimbursable clean-up costs will be established by mutual agreement. The Contractor is responsible for paying any fees, surcharges or other levies for improperly covering loads charged by the operator of any Solid Waste facility or other entity.
Litter. The Contractor shall be required to pick up any and all litter (including any glass spillage) caused by the provision of services in connection with this Agreement.
