Location of Facility. In order for the Company to continue to receive the benefits of the IFEC, the Company must operate within the Township. If the Company moves the operation of the Facility outside of the Township, the Company shall repay to the Township that percentage of the amount equal to one-half of the amount of the Township’s portion of the general property tax that would have been due if the IFEC had not been issued for each year the IFEC was in effect, reduced by the amount of any payments made by the Company pursuant to paragraph 4 of this Agreement, according to the following schedule: Years Following IFEC Effective Date Portion of Township Abated Taxes Repaid 0-2 100% 3 80% 4 70% 5 60% 6 50% 7 40 8 30% 9 20% 10 and thereafter None
Location of Facility. The Facility is located at: Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxxx 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxx 00 Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Idaho. Approximately 15 miles SE of Malta, ID. The area is commonly known as the Raft River Geothermal Resource Area and is the site of a former 5 XX XXX binary geothermal power plant test site.
Location of Facility. CATALYST shall not change the location of the Facility without the prior written consent of KYE, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld except as described in Exhibit A.
