LOCKOUTS AND KEYS. If Tenant is locked out of Tenant's premises, or for whatever reason needs Xxxxxxxx's assistance to gain access to the leased premises, Tenant shall be charged a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). Tenant shall also pay replacement cost of any lost mailbox or premises keys. Tenant shall receive only one (1) mailbox key. Tenant shall not place any additional locks on any door.

LOCKOUTS AND KEYS. If a Tenant is locked out of his or her unit, or for whatever reason needs assistance to gain access to the unit, Tenant shall be charged a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). Additionally, replacement keys for any lost mailbox or unit keys are available in the Clubhouse Office for a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). One unit key per Tenant and two mailbox keys per unit are issued. Tenant shall not place any additional locks on any door. If keys are misplaced or lost, a charge of $130.00 will be billed to you for core charge.

LOCKOUTS AND KEYS. If Lessee(s) is locked out of Lessee’s Premises, or for whatever reason needs Landlord’s assistance to gain access to the Leased Premises, Lessee(s) shall be charged a fee of fifty-five dollars ($55.00) which must be paid prior to gaining access to the Leased Premises. Lessee(s) shall pay replacement cost of any lost mailbox key or Premises key. There are no refunds for recovered keys. If the lost key is not recovered upon termination of your Lease term, or if all keys are not returned upon termination of your Lease Term, Lessee(s) will be charged accordingly for re-keying.   • Lockouts No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the Employer during the term of this Agreement.
