Common use of Lodging Allowance Clause in Contracts

Lodging Allowance. Employees required to be out of the OC region on the business of OC who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim $33 per day except where the lodging is supplied by OC. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period. Employees required to be out of the OC region on the business of OC who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim $33.83 per day except where the lodging is supplied by OC. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period. Employees required to be out of the OC region on the business of OC who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim $34.84 per day except where the lodging is supplied by OC.
