Common use of Long Service Special Vacation Clause in Contracts

Long Service Special Vacation. When a regular employee has served continuously for a period of twenty (20) years, they shall become entitled to twenty-two (22) consecutive working days long service special vacation, with pay, in addition to annual vacation leave, as a reward for long and faithful service. Such special vacation shall only be received once by an employee and shall be taken within one (1) year of attaining twenty

Such special vacation shall only be received once by an employee and shall be taken within one (1) year of attaining twenty.

When In addition to annual vacation, as defined in Article 19.01, where a regular employee has served continuously for a period of twenty thirty (2030) years, they he shall become entitled to twenty-two one (221) consecutive working days long service calendar month's special vacation, with pay, in addition to annual vacation leave, as a reward for long and faithful service. Such special vacation shall only be received once by an employee , and such leave shall be taken within not later than one (1) year of attaining twentyprior to retirement.
