Work on a Lieu Day. A regular employee who is required by the Employer to work on a lieu day designated for the employee pursuant to Section 20.03, Statutory Holiday Falling on a Rest Day, shall be paid in accordance with Section 17.02, Overtime Rates.

Work on a Lieu Day. A regular employee who works on a lieu day designated for the employee pursuant to Article 20.03 shall be paid in accordance with Article 16.02.
Work on a Lieu Day. If an employee is called in to work and agrees upon request by the Employer to perform work on a scheduled lieu day, the employee shall be paid at a rate of two and one half (2.5) times their regular straight time rate of pay for all hours worked. The scheduled lieu day will not be deducted from the bank. This time cannot be banked.

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.

  • Compensation for Work on a Holiday (a) Where an Employee is regularly scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14, and her regularly scheduled day of work falls on a paid holiday, as defined in Article 18.01, she shall receive compensation equal to two and one-half (2 ½) times her regular rate of pay as follows:
