Longevity Conduct Pay. 1. Effective July 1, 2020, the City will provide a member employee a 2.5 percent longevity adjustment on the anniversary of each quinquennial period (e.g., 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, and 25-year anniversaries) that is linked to a performance evaluation, where the employee has at least five years of continuous full-time service with the City; however, these 2.5 percent longevity adjustments are not retroactive and, for employees who may have already reached certain quinquennial anniversaries prior to the implementation of this program, shall apply prospectively. The 2.5 percent longevity adjustment does not extend beyond the employee’s 25-year anniversary quinquennial of continuous full-time service to the City. An officer promoting to sergeant does not lose this benefit nor does it reset. 2. For employees who have at least 5+ years of full-time continuous service with the City, with at least 1+ year in Step E of the Police Officer classification, on the date the Longevity Pay is implemented, he/she shall immediately be eligible to receive a 2.5 percent longevity adjustment and then will be eligible to receive the next longevity pay adjustment when he/she reaches the next quiquennial period (e.g., if he/she has 11 years of service on July 1, 2020, he/she will be immediately eligible to receive a 2.5 percent longevity pay adjustment and then be eligible for it again in four years on the anniversary of his/her 15-year quinquennial period, and then each quinquennial thereafter up to the 25-year anniversary quinquennial). 3. In order for an employee to receive Longevity Pay, the Chief of Police or his/her designee shall submit a performance appraisal (short- or long-form) indicating the employee’s performance continues to meet and/or exceed expectations, as outlined in Article 27 of this MOU, and then detail how the employee has met each of the requirements for the Longevity Pay. For payroll purposes, any pay increase shall go into effect on the first day of the next full pay period following the approval of the City Manager. 4. Longevity Pay shall not be considered for placement at a new pay step, as described in Section 7.03, when employee is promoted from one classification to the next. 5. Any break in continuous full-time employment, as required to qualify for any of the Longevity Pay, even for one day, shall reset the continuous service time to zero, which will result in the employee’s disqualification from the Longevity Pay until such time he/she has earned the r...

The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

  • Secondary Systems The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers that directly affect the operation of Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to impact the other Party. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • Money Market Fund Compliance Testing and Reporting Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel, and in accordance with procedures that may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator, the Administrator will:

  • Compliance Control Services (1) Support reporting to regulatory bodies and support financial statement preparation by making the Fund's accounting records available to the Trust, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and the independent accountants. (2) Maintain accounting records according to the 1940 Act and regulations provided thereunder. (3) Perform its duties hereunder in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and provide any sub-certifications reasonably requested by the Trust in connection with any certification required of the Trust pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 (the “SOX Act”) or any rules or regulations promulgated by the SEC thereunder, provided the same shall not be deemed to change USBFS’s standard of care as set forth herein. (4) Cooperate with the Trust’s independent accountants and take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement to ensure that the necessary information is made available to such accountants for the expression of their opinion on the Fund’s financial statements without any qualification as to the scope of their examination.

  • User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

  • Business Conducted Borrower shall continue in the business currently conducted by it using its best efforts to maintain its customers and goodwill. Borrower shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in any line of business substantially different from the business conducted by it immediately before the Closing Date, or engage in business or lines of business which are not reasonably related thereto.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Business Conduct Merger Sub was formed on December 3, 2020. Since its inception, Merger Sub has not engaged in any activity, other than such actions in connection with (a) its organization and (b) the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transactions.
