Loss of Recognized Secondary Seniority. (a) Recognized secondary seniority shall be lost in the event the employee fails to respond to five (5) consecutive call-ins or call- outs. It is understood that an employee who is unavailable for call-in or call-out shall notify the employer one (1) week in advance in writing where reasonable.
