Common use of Lost Time Awareness Bonus Clause in Contracts

Lost Time Awareness Bonus. (1) For the duration of this Agreement, where the business successfully completes 12 consecutive months of continuous service without sustaining a lost time injury, each Employee will receive a Lost Time Awareness Bonus of $150.00 (gross).

Lost Time Awareness Bonus. (1a) For the duration of this Agreement, an annual Lost Time Awareness bonus of $345 (gross) will be paid to the employee where the business employee successfully completes 12 twelve (12) consecutive months of continuous service without sustaining a lost time injury, each Employee will receive a Lost Time Awareness Bonus of $150.00 (gross).
