Louvers. The door shutters can be provided with louvers for the clear opening of 450x300mm at the bottom including one additional horizontal rail of size 50mm x 30mm and two vertical styles of size 50x30mm to accommodate the 5mm thick, 40mm wide PVC sheet louvers (eight Nos.) along with side 25mmx5mm size PVC sheet lapping with slant slots of 5mm width for fixing the louvers in position with PVC cement solvent adhesive and then providing 10mmx5mm size PVC sheet beading on two vertical sides with self- tapping sheet metal screws etc. complete. Note: Width of styles and rails will vary with the size of door; Recommended size of styles and rails is given in the table. 600mm to 750mm 50mm 75mm 750mm to 900mm 75mm 100mm 900mm and above 100mm 125mm
Louvers. The vent unit louvers have the dual function of directing air flow into the dome, and providing backup secondary weather protection for the dome interior in case of weather penetration or failure of the rollup doors. 1.3.1 Each vent unit shall be provided with a set of horizontal, fully sealable louvers interior to the roll up weather door. 1.3.2 Louvers shall be mounted on a separate, removable frame providing 18 inch clearance between the louvers and the rollup doors to accommodate possible future flow director installation. 1.3.3 The louvers shall be motorized to drive between a fully closed and a fully open conditions and to multiple (minimum of 4), equally spaced intermediate positions. 1.3.4 Vent louver positions will be modulated throughout the night as the individual vent-to-wind angles change. Louvers systems shall be designed to operate between fully open and fully closed positions every five (5) minutes over a ten (10) hour night for three hundred (300) nights per year over a twenty (20) year life. 1.3.5 The time required to change from one louver configuration to any other louver configuration for individual vents shall be less than 30 seconds. 1.3.6 The time required to reconfigure all louvers, assuming that not all louvers are configured in parallel, shall be less than 3 minutes 1.3.7 Louvers shall be oriented so that, when partially open, air flow will be directed updownward. And, if contract Option A is selected 1.3.8 The louvers shall be provided with electronic sensors sufficient to remotely control and sense all louver positions.

Louvers. Owner and Tenant hereby agree that neither party nor any other tenants or occupants of the Building may install louvers penetrating the outside walls of the Building, except louvers for (i) Tenant's UPS room to accommodate the battery room exhausts, (ii) Tenant's supplemental cooling system, and (iii) Owner's outside air intake, each of which shall be installed at a location reasonably agreed upon by Owner and Tenant.
LouversTenant shall have the right to install, in the top half of the window located on the eastern side of the Premises and more particularly shown on Exhibit I annexed hereto, louvers to supply fresh air and release exhaust air (and any and all exhaust louvers shall be cleaned or filtered by a precipitator, at such times, with such frequency and to the extent designated by Landlord in Landlord’s reasonable discretion) for the purpose of installing Tenant’s supplemental HVAC unit or units. The installation of such louvers shall constitute Alterations and be performed in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Lease.
LouversThe proposed louver system consists of a manufacturer's standard 4" deep, extruded aluminum louver attached to vertical members located at the building module lines. The finish will complement the exterior brick, stone, architectural precast trim pieces and aluminum framing and glass system. The louver frames will accept blank-off panels at the interior.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.

  • KITCHEN Black Granite counter top, Stainless steel sink (17'' x 20''), glazed wall tiles up to 2 ft above black granite counter.

  • Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include: 1. Dusting, damp mopping of resilient floors, trash removal, sanitizing of basins, bowls and urinals as well as cleaning of mirrors and bright work. 2. Refilling of soap, towel, tissue and sanitary dispensers to be rendered as necessary. 3. High dusting to be rendered as needed.
