Design Build Fee. The Design Build Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To- Exceed Fee of Fifty-Six Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-One Dollars and Four Cents ($56,451.04). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout. Fee will be paid only on cost of work for these items.

Design Build Fee. Design-Build Fee is included within the Guaranteed Maximum Price (defined in 2.1.18) and shall mean all fees, costs and expenses to be paid to members of the DESIGN-BUILDER’s team (e.g. architects, engineers, Subcontractors, Subconsultants, professionals etc.) to manage, design and construct the Project, excluding materials and labor for actual construction. Design-Build Fee shall include all, overhead, profits and corporate administrative costs.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Work Load The professional obligation of academic employees comprises both scheduled and non-scheduled activities. The Guild and the District recognize that it is part of the professional responsibility of faculty to carry out their duties in an appropriate manner and place. As part of this responsibility faculty are expected to play an important role in the recruitment and retention of students, campus and departmental governance, program review, accreditation, planning and mentoring. Faculty commitment to retention will be demonstrated by informing students that they are to talk with the instructor prior to dropping the course. Faculty are encouraged to include a statement to this effect in their course syllabi. While it is understood that course syllabi content falls within the purview of the individual faculty member’s academic freedom, the parties also understand that items required to be part of syllabi in order to maintain college or continuing education accreditation must also be included. Tenured/tenure-track faculty who have less than a full-time contract are not eligible to work any additional assignments including long-term substitution (day-to-day substitution is allowed provided the limits specified in Section 5.2.1.3 are not exceeded). Faculty assignments shall be made in the following priority order: Tenured/tenure-track, pro- rata, overload, Priority of Assignment (POA) adjunct faculty assignments, then non-POA adjunct faculty.

  • Capacity Building 1. Contractor will work in partnership with AOD to study the viability of billing under Drug Medi-Cal and 3rd party payer. 2. Contractor will document and track consumers who are CalWORKS eligible.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee.   • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.
