Lunch Period, Secondary. Secondary teachers shall have a duty-free lunch period at least equal to that of the students or 25 minutes, whichever is greater, during which they may leave the building.

Lunch Period Employees who work five (5) hours or more shall be granted a thirty (30) minute, duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period, which may or may not be during the normal lunch hours.
Lunch Periods 3.6.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period, which shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about mid-point of each work shift. If time variations to this schedule need to be established, the wishes of the affected employees and the efficient operation of the District shall be the criteria used to establish such variation.

Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.
Carry Forward to a Subsequent Year If you do not withdraw the excess contribution, you may carry forward the contribution for a subsequent tax year. To do so, you under-contribute for that tax year and carry the excess contribution amount forward to that year on your tax return. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess amount for each year that it remains as an excess contribution at the end of the year. You must file IRS Form 5329 along with your income tax return to report and remit any additional taxes to the IRS.

The CSU shall not require repayment of premiums if the employee's failure to return is due to his/her serious health condition or due to circumstances beyond the employee's control.

Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.
Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.
