Mail/Bulletin Boards. The Union may utilize existing bulletin boards provided posted information relates solely to Un‐ ion activities and services. The bulletin board will not be used to post material which endorses or supports political candidates or positions in elections. Further, the Union may use District mail, and electronic mail for the distribution of information.

Mail/Bulletin Boards. A. The Society may utilize existing bulletin boards in accordance with existing District procedures, provided posted information relates solely to Society activities and services. The bulletin board shall not be used to post material which endorses or supports political candidates or positions in elections.
Mail/Bulletin Boards. A. PMA may utilize existing bulletin boards in accordance with existing District procedures, provided posted information relates solely to PMA activities and services. Union shall have access to any new communication technology in use as approved by the District. District shall allow employees at remote sites equal access to pertinent information in a timely manner. Mail/Bulletin Boards. The Union shall have the right to post reasonable notices of activities and matters of Union concern on designated bulletin boards. The Union may use employee mailboxes for communications to employees; all such notices shall be signed.

Related to Mail/Bulletin Boards

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:

In bargaining units where no bulletin board or space on existing bulletin boards has been provided, the Employer will supply the Union with a board or space. Material posted on the bulletin board will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws and identified as union literature. If requested, the Employer will identify area(s) where Union provided newsstand(s) can be located. Union provided newsstand(s) must meet the Employer’s campus standards. Union communications will not be posted or otherwise disseminated in any other location on the campus, except as provided in the Employer policy and in Section 40.7 below.

  • Quotation The Company will use its best efforts to include, subject to notice of issuance, the Common Shares on the Nasdaq National Market.
