Training Facilities a. The Operator shall set up training facilities (the “Training Institute”), no later than the [insert number of days] of the Execution Date, for training of staff in accordance with the provisions of this Contract;
b. The Operator shall make arrangements for providing training to meet the O&M Standards as defined in Schedule XIV;
c. The Operator for the purpose of providing training shall operate at the training premises: (a) driving simulator and (b) any other facilities and infrastructure required for conducting the training in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
Training Facilities. The following principles apply to the training facilities, such as study time and study costs: − Work instruction for the current job takes place during working hours; − As a general rule, the employer pays costs related to training for the employee's current or next position; − The employer and the employee jointly contribute to the costs and study time for preventive training, i.e. training aimed at preventing the employee from losing their job in the future. At least half of the time required for this type of training is working hours. − If the employee's position ceases to exist as a result of a reorganisation, the employer pays the costs of following a training course for another position. In addition, the training is done during working hours if possible.
Training Facilities. In the event of any requirement for the training of the employees/executives/ personnel, of the SDP-MSC, MPOnline shall on their own discretion provide such training to the employee/executives/ personnel at an extra cost to the SDP-MSC. MPOnline shall at its sole option and discretion provide additional facilities to the SDP-MSC depending upon several factors which include without limitation market potentiality of the area of operation of the SDP-MSC, strategic importance of the area for MPOnline, requirement of the SDP-MSC, needs of the customers of MPOnline etc. MPOnline may provide training to the personnel engaged or employed by the SDP-MSC at its request at an extra cost to the SDP-MSC.
Training Facilities. The lecture and hands-on training location is to be determined by agreement of the parties based on customer need. Scheduling is tentative upon confirmation.
Training Facilities. Training to the FRANCHISEE and its personnel will provided by TSTS TSTS shall at its sole option and discretion provide additional facilities to the FRANCHISEE depending upon several factors which include without limitation market potentiality of the area of operation of the CENTRE, strategic importance of the area for TSTS, requirement of the FRANCHISEE, needs of the customers of TSTS etc.
Training Facilities. The Contractor shall provide all possible facilities for training of Purchaser’s Technical personnel, where applicable when deputed by the Purchaser for acquiring first hand knowledge in assembly of the equipment and for it’s proper operation and maintenance in service if required.
Training Facilities. B.4.1. Training will be conducted in facilities owned or operated by the Host State.
B.4.2. Visiting Team members will be accorded use of the lecture training facility and any other facility owned or operated by the Host State in TTC and RCL during the Training Period, as specified in the training programme attached hereto as Annex
Training Facilities. OneSoft agrees to provide, at its expense, reasonable training facilities for conducting USWeb/CKS employee training, on the USWeb/CKS iAMcommerce Solutions Powered by OneSoft, until *****. Thereafter, training facilities for USWeb/CKS employees will be provided at a charge to USWeb/CKS of $**** per room, per day. Reasonable training facilities will also be provided for conducting end-user training, on the USWeb/CKS iAMcommerce Solutions Powered by OneSoft, at **% of the total cost charged by USWeb/CKS to the customer for such training, subject to a minimum charge of $****/day per room. Facilities shall include required machines and software for a minimum class size of *** and are limited to then-current OneSoft training locations. OneSoft-furnished materials for USWeb/CKS employee training will be provided at OneSoft's expense until June 30, 2000. Thereafter, OneSoft-furnished materials for employee training will be charged at OneSoft's cost (as defined in the Training Plan). OneSoft-furnished materials for end-user training will be charged at OneSoft's cost (as defined in the Training Plan) plus **** percent (**%).. USWeb/CKS agrees to provide OneSoft 30 days notice for the use of such facilities and shall not exceed agreed to capacity projections as set forth in the Training Plan.
Training Facilities. USMEPCOM will provide training and educational facilities, subject to financial resources, to assist employees in career development in present or prospective assignments.
Training Facilities. One of the first 3 Restaurants you develop must contain facilities, approved by us, adequate for the proper training of employees who work at your Restaurants (a "Training Store"). You must have one approved Training Store for each 12 Restaurants you develop under the Development Agreement and this Addendum. Once developed, a Training Store must remain open for the remaining term of the Development Agreement. It is the intention of the parties that, by the time you open your fourth Restaurant under the Development Agreement and this Addendum, you will be self-sufficient with respect to the training of your Restaurant employees and the opening of your Restaurants. You agree, at your cost, to acquire the facilities and personnel and to take such other actions as are necessary to accomplish these goals. We will have no obligation to provide any initial training or opening assistance for the fourth and subsequent Restaurants you open under this Addendum.
