Maintenance of Level on Salary Grid. Nurses who change their status from full-time to part-time will maintain their same level on the salary grid. For the purpose of this clause, a nurse who is so transferred will receive full credit for hour paid since her last advancement or placement on the grid for the purposes of further advancement on the grid.
