Part-Time and Relief. Advancement on Grid Part-time and Relief nurses will advance on their salary grid for every one thousand six hundred and fifty (1650) hours worked or until they reach the highest level on the salary grid.

  • Part-Time Benefits A part-time employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or in part by the hospitals, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call-in pay, responsibility pay, jury and witness duty, bereavement leave, and pregnancy and parental supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid. For part-time employees who are members of the Hospital's pension plan the percentage in lieu of fringe benefits is twelve percent (12%).

  • Part-Time Faculty A faculty member whose appointment is for a specified period of time and does not meet the full load requirements for an Academic Year as defined herein. Such appointment carries with it no promise or expectation of continued employment. Such appointments are not applicable towards tenure.

  • Part-time Nurses a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

  • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Part-Time Employment (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than full-time hours of an average of 38 hours per week and has reasonably predictable hours of work.

  • Court Time An employee who is called to appear as a witness in his/her official capacity by a court, including administrative court, on a scheduled day off, a scheduled vacation day or other approved day off shall be paid for the hours so spent, including actual, necessary travel time, at his/her regular hourly rate. This hourly rate shall include the non-standard premium for those employees designated as non-standard. Payment under this Article shall be the total payment for such court time from all sources other than regular pay for the scheduled day off. An employee who is assigned a State vehicle shall be entitled to use such vehicle on such occasions.

  • Indemnity and Release If any action or failure to act on the part of Buyer shall result in any claim, suit, loss, damage, injury, death, or liability, Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Seller harmless and to pay all of Seller’s costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, any amount paid in settlement and any award or judgment with respect thereto.   • Claims Covered and Released 4.1 Xxxxxxx’x Release of Proposition 65 Claims Xxxxxxx acting on his own behalf, and not on behalf of the public, releases Enchante, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities under common ownership, directors, officers, agents employees, attorneys, and each entity to whom Enchante directly or indirectly distributes or sells the Products, including, but not limited, to downstream distributors, wholesalers, customers, retailers including, but not limited to, Big Lots Stores, LLC, franchisees, cooperative members, importers, and licensees (collectively, “Releasees”), from all claims for violations of Proposition 65 through the Effective Date based on unwarned exposures to lead in the Products.
