MAINTENANCE TRADESMEN must be qualified to perform and shall be allowed to perform the work listed below: 1) Filter changing and maintenance thereof. 2) Oil and greasing. 3) Belt adjusting or replacement. 4) Tower and coil cleaning and water treatment.
MAINTENANCE TRADESMEN. Recognizing the reality that the Maintenance Department exists for the purpose of performing maintenance work to ensure the Mill operates at its highest capacity at all times while at the same time that its Maintenance Tradesmen are highly skilled and are interested in challenging job opportunities, the Company agrees to meet with Local 30 Maintenance Trades representatives (up to 3 employees) on a quarterly basis to discuss planned maintenance, repair, service and/or warranty work of existing or new equipment and/or facilities at the Mill; it being understood that these discussions will not limit the Company’s rights under Article 26 (Contracts) but also that all discussions will be conducted in a good faith manner. Local 30 Mill Seniority for the employees who were members of the bargaining unit as of April 30, 1986 shall be the length of their continuous service as from the date of last entry as an employee of the Company. This applies to Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx XxXxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Company and the Union agree that Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx shall be grandfathered for their statutory holiday entitlements as Office Workers under 18.01(B), 18.03(C) and (D) and the vacation scheduling entitlements under 20.07(C) of the collective agreement which expired April 30, 2016 for as long as they remain in their existing classifications. Future incumbents in the Document Specialist and Supply & Service Clerk classifications shall be entitled to these same statutory holiday entitlements provided the positions continue to exist. The Relief Fire Chief will be posted for mill-wide consideration; selection to be made on the basis of qualifications of employees and their ability to fill the jobs and obtain further promotions. Where candidates are relatively equal, seniority will be determining factor.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Maintenance, Etc The Company will maintain, preserve and keep, and will cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to maintain, preserve and keep, its properties which are used in the conduct of its business (whether owned in fee or a leasehold interest) in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and from time to time will make all necessary repairs, replacements and renewals as the Company may determine to be appropriate to the conduct of its business.

  • MAINTENANCE & REPAIR Tenant agrees that if there is any delay in maintenance or repairs for reasons beyond Landlord's control, this shall have no effect on Tenant's obligations under this lease.

  • MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND RULES Tenant will, at Tenant’s sole expense, keep and maintain the Property in a good, clean and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof. Tenant shall be responsible to make all repairs to the Property, fixtures, appliances, and equipment therein that may have been damaged by Tenant’s misuse, waste or neglect, or that of the Tenant’s family or visitors. Tenant agrees that no painting will be done on or about the Property without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any damage, defect or destruction of the Property or in the event of the failure of any of the appliances or equipment. The Landlord will use their best efforts to repair or replace any such damaged or defective areas, appliances or equipment.

  • Maintenance & Repairs 5.1 Lessee shall at all times be responsible for maintaining at its own expense the leased premises in a clean, orderly and safety condition, except as hereinafter provided. Lessee shall be responsible, at its own expense, to clean and maintain all trade fixtures, machinery and equipment furnished by Lessee within the leased premises. Lessee shall be responsible to deposit normal office waste and rubbish at a location at the Central School as designated by Lessor. 5.2 Lessee shall be responsible to perform all repairs the need for which is caused by Xxxxxx's use of the premises except that Lessor shall be responsible to perform major repairs of a structural nature. Lessor shall be responsible to arrange for removal of waste and rubbish from the location designated as the deposit location for lessees. All costs incurred by Lessor pursuant to the obligations of this Paragraph shall be included within "operating costs". 5.3 Lessor shall provide custodian services for the common areas of Central School. Costs incurred by Lessor in providing such custodian services shall be included within "operating costs".

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • Equipment Maintenance The Contractor agrees that when Contract funds are used to pay for all or part of the purchase costs of any equipment that costs $5,000 or more per item, and the purchase of such equipment is identified in an exhibit to this Contract, such equipment is, upon the purchase or receipt, the property of the County and/or federal/state government. The Contractor shall be responsible for all proper care and maintenance of the equipment, including securing and insuring such equipment.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.
