Managed Users. Users licensed with Microsoft 365 business Premium subscription or other subscriptions that have the same or extended features and functionality as Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription or users with MANAGED DEVICES are considered as managed users ("MANAGED USERS”) and require PlexHosted – Managed Operations and Security subscription.

Managed Users. Your delegated users may not further delegate rights to view or access your account(s). If you choose to provide View-Only and/or Transactional access to another person, you are solely responsible for causing that person to use information for the purpose for which you have provided access. You are responsible for causing any such delegated user to maintain the confidentiality of his or her password or login identification. Managed Users. Customer will have the right to appoint a Managed User for each Account established through the Management Console. As between the Administrator and Box, the Administrator will be responsible for providing the necessary passwords to permit Managed Users to access and use the Box Service. Customer will ensure that all Managed Users do not share any password with any other person or permit any other person to log on as such Managed User. In the event of termination or withdrawal of a Managed User, Customer may reassign the Account to a new Managed User, at no additional cost, subject to the terms of his Agreement.

  • Approved User A user approved by the relevant Data Access Committee(s) to access one or more datasets for a specified period of time and only for the purposes outlined in the Principal Investigator (PI)’s approved Research Use Statement.   • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.
