MANAGEMENT AND UNION GRIEVANCES. 6.01 It is understood that the Contractor may file a grievance with the Union and that if such complaint is not settled to the satisfaction of the parties concerned, it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of any worker. 6.02 A Union grievance which is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement involving a number of workers in the bargaining unit in regard to which a number of workers have signified an intention to grieve, or a grievance involving the Union itself including the application or interpretation of this Agreement, may be brought forward in accordance with Article 4 – Grievance Procedure, and if it is not settled, it may be referred to an Arbitrator in the same manner as a grievance of a worker.
