Management Consultation. Subject to applicable Law and the other provisions of this Agreement, during the Pre-Effective Date Period, Vista, the Pescios and Newco will consult with each other on an ongoing basis in order to ensure that Newco is prepared to take over and run its business after the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Management Consultation. EAP offers management consultation services to Client Organization’s supervisors, managers, leaders, and human resource professionals to assist in the development of management skills or to assist with how to handle a particular situation with an employee or within the organization.
Management Consultation. Further, the cumulative total shall not include time that management may be required to consult with the Union in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Management Consultation. Pegasus agrees that it will periodically meet with and provide HHC representatives information regarding service and financial developments of Pegasus to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Management Consultation. Vendor shall provide unlimited technical and Citizens policy-based consultation to Citizens supervisory management team members regarding workplace concerns, including formal and informal employee referrals to Behavioral Counseling Services, employee relations, workplace violence, organizational re-engineering, critical incident response, and substance-use evaluations. Vendor shall provide access to Human Resource experts to assist in the orientation and evaluation of any employee issue. Consultation includes the following:
a. Outlining the types of issues and problems which need to be addressed;
b. Coaching management/supervisor on how to recognize issues that may be reducing an employee’s productivity;
c. Explaining how to make a timely and tactful informal referral;
d. Giving special information on recognizing signs of substance abuse and the potential for workplace violence;
e. Assisting with mediation between manager/supervisor and employee when required or requested; and
f. Instructing manager/supervisor on how to contact Vendor management for consultation and referral.
Management Consultation. The rights of the Sponsors under Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) of the Shareholders' Agreement to designate candidates for Representative Director, replacement Representative Director and Chief Financial Officer, when exercised by the Sponsors, shall be exercised only after consultation with TVG Asian Communications Fund II, L.P., which shall be an express third party beneficiary of this Letter Agreement.
Management Consultation. Education given to managers and supervisors regarding behavioral health issues involving Employees that occur within the workplace.
Management Consultation. EA ASSOCIATES will provide consultation to CITY'S managers and supervisors to assist them in considering or making necessary Employee referrals.

f. assisting with mediation between manager/supervisor and employee when required or requested; and,
g. instructing manager/supervisor on how to contact Vendor management for consultation and referral.
Management Consultation. The Contractor shall provide unlimited access to telephonic management coaching and consultation to assist managers with:
a.) Improving team functioning;
b.) Helping individual and groups through conflict; and c.) Handling job performance issues.
