The Cooperating Agency agrees not to release these materials to individuals or entities other than the Parties to this MOU.

The Parties also agree that the San Xxxx Island National Historical Park, at its discretion, may withhold from the BLM those documents that would otherwise be available for public release under the Freedom of Information Act and other Federal statutes. Information withheld or otherwise not submitted cannot be considered in the San Xxxx Islands National Monument RMP/EIS process.
