MANAGEMENT OF YOUR DATA. You are responsible for management of your information, including but not limited to back-up and restoration of data, erasing data from disk space you control, and changing data on or settings for your modem and/or router. The Company is not responsible for the loss of your data or for the back-up or restoration of your data, regardless of whether this data is maintained on our servers or your computer server. You, and not the Company, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, download, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available by use of the Service.

MANAGEMENT OF YOUR DATA. You are solely responsible for obtaining, installing, and maintaining suitable equipment and software, including any necessary system or software upgrades, patches or other fixes, which are or may become necessary to access the RBC Web Site. Minimum systems requirements apply to the use of the RBC Web Site and it is your responsibility to ensure your computer system complies with these requirements. You are responsible for management of your information, including but not limited to back-up and restoration of data, erasing data from disk space you control and changing data on your router. You are also responsible for development and maintenance of any security procedures you deem appropriate, such as logon security and encryption of data, user ID and password on your router and firewalls, to protect your information. In addition, you agree that information required by the Web Site software (including any personalization information) and other identifying information requested by RBC or its portal supplier may be placed in our user directory.

  • Protection of Your Data We will maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your Data, as described in the Documentation.   • Use of Your Information The Beta Technology may include functionality that permits UPS to measure Your usage of its features and informs UPS of this usage electronically. UPS has the right to collect from Your computer, Your system configuration data and a log of Your activities while using the Beta Technology (the “Beta Technology Report”). UPS may use the Beta Technology Report to help conduct trouble-shooting analysis and improve the functionality of the Beta Technology.
