Systems Requirements. (i) None of the Systems has been Placed in Service and (ii) the Systems to be purchased with proceeds of the Initial Funding Payment meet the requirements of Section 48 of the Code including that (A) each System has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than 30 percent, (B) the Grant or any Alternative Tax Program (if elected pursuant to Section 7.5(b)(i) of the Company LLC Agreement) with respect to each System is not expected to be limited by Section 48(c)(l)(B); but if the Grant or any Alternative Tax Program is so limited, such limitation has been accounted for in computing the amount of Investor’s Capital Contribution as described in Section 2.2 hereof; and (C) each System is a “fuel cell power plant” within the meaning of Section 48(c)(l) of the Code.

Systems Requirements. The Member must certify that the Generator meets the following requirements: The installation of the Generator and all equipment in the system comply with the latest published edition of IEEE 929. The Generator is a non-islanding type as defined in IEEE 929. Electrical Contractors and NEC Code Inspections: All installed wiring, protection devices, cabinets and connectors, etc. must comply with the latest published edition of the NEC as used by the local jurisdiction and all applicable local codes. An approved electrical inspection by the authority having jurisdiction is required. Isolation Device: An Isolation device as defined in Section 3.6 is required. The Cooperative in its sole discretion determines if the device is suitable.
Systems Requirements. In order to promote information sharing and enable interoperability among disparate systems across the justice and public safety community, the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) requires the grantee to comply with DOJ’s Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative (DOJ’s Global) guidelines and recommendations for this particular grant. Sub-Adviser's technical support is not responsible for Adviser's inability to access xxxxxx.xxx for reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to: 1) Incompatible and/or deficient hardware, software, modem, operating system, communications or any other component. 2) Connectivity difficulties resulting from telephone communications, Adviser's ISP, Adviser's modem, Adviser's computer, telephone volume, traffic levels resulting in slow or no response time or incomplete data transmission; 3) Problems associated with Internet browsing software such as plug-in components, helper applications, enhancements, upgrades and add-ons, or versions older than those recommended.

Systems Requirements. Cendant will be responsible for systems coordination on each of the following programs: (i) the CA$H program registration; and (ii) Alltel boarding and (iii) First Data (with respect to backfill of data). Meet with local code official to review floor plans for any special issues that require approval. viii. Confirm drawing list for final design. ix. Confirm outline specifications list for final design. x. Prepare door schedule that includes door numbers and legend. Coordinate with JWA and include master door and key system on the detail drawing. xi. Finish schedule indicating room names and numbers and proposed finish materials. xii. Update square footage for each floor plan area and for the Project in total in comparison to that required by the Basis of Design. xiii. Indicate exterior elevations, delineating materials, and note floor elevations at each level. xiv. Indicate transverse and lateral sections through the building; indicate heights, vertical circulation, and their relationships to each other. The finished floor elevations of each level shall be established and shown on the documents. xv. Further develop building sections that show detail symbols and indicate conditions to be detailed. xvi. Provide summary of code-related design parameters in a Life Safety Report. This summary of items shall address, but not be limited to, travel distances, sprinkler requirements, ratings of fire protection, exit width requirements, building type, construction type, and occupancy classifications. xvii. Provide detailed, dimensioned plans, and sections that describe complex, intensely equipped or furnished areas, and areas needing clarification. xviii. Provide a description of the materials that are used for major components of construction. xix. Indicate segment floor plans, including dimensions locating structural grids, partitions, doors, windows and openings; partition types; building section reference locations, symbols, and bubbles;...

Systems Requirements. 2.1. In order to access and use the SaaS Service, the workstations of Designated Users and of those using Third Party Accesses must comply with the requirements (the "System Requirements") applicable at any time, available at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal. The System Requirements are subject to change. Changes in System Requirements will take effect no less than thirty (30) days after information thereof is provided by e-mail to Designated Users. WATCHDOX DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY SOFTWARE PERFORMANCE-RELATED ISSUES OR OTHER NEGATIVE EFFECTS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY: (A) ANY FAILURE BY CUSTOMER TO OPERATE THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS; (B) ANY OTHER SOFTWARE, SERVICES, OR TECHNOLOGY USED BY CUSTOMER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT (E.G., ANTI-VIRUS OR MONITORING SOFTWARE); OR (C) ANY CHANGES TO THE CONFIGURATION OF THE PRODUCT WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN IMPLEMENTED BY WATCHDOX OR WHICH DO NOT CONFORM WITH THE APPLICABLE SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS.
