Management Reporting Requirements. As part of the IVR Services, Supplier will collaborate all monitoring, planning, operations and support as required by Health Net with the IVR vendor, including by reviewing operational reports to confirm Service Levels are being met.
Management Reporting Requirements. The reports that Customer provided to IMS have been analyzed and compared to the IMS standard reports to ensure that the information Customer requires is available. This analysis and a list of IMS' standard reports have been provided by IMS to Customer and Customer acknowledges receipt thereof.
