MARKETING SUMMARY. Out of marketing o Membership packets include flyers/rack cards for each member. o Postcard distribution through sponsors that are inserted into their merchandise shipments o TV broadcast of Regional Sports Networks throughout the USA, international and digitally. o TV commercials inserted into the TV broadcast for US Open of Watercross. o Live web streaming of the event which will highlight Sparks TV commercial. o Sparks, NV has its own unique webpage on the Pro Watercross website that includes a o Social media including Facebook xx xxxxxxxxx for the US Open of Watercross as well as post about the Sparks/Reno area. o Guinness World Record attempt for consecutive barrel rolls on a PWC. SPONSORSHIP/PROMOTIONS The event host will be entitled to all promotional, sponsorship, and merchandising dollars it rises pertaining to the watercross event, as well as all spectator and ancillary event gate fees, if applicable. Pro Watercross is entitled to all series promotional, sponsorship, and merchandising dollars it raises. The Pro Watercross agrees to honor all event sponsorship commitments regarding signage, booth space, etc., that the host site makes pertaining to the watercross race, while the host site agrees to honor all commitments regarding booth space, signage, etc., made by the Pro Watercross. The rights to the sale of soft goods merchandise pertaining specifically to Pro Watercross are retained by the Tour and the Tour reserves the right to have the series' soft goods area at the event. It is understood that a copy of the insurance policy is available, upon request, and that also, upon request, the host site can name up to three additional insured on said policy. DATES/SIGNATURES Our mutual goal should be to establish a relationship between the event and the city that is a win-win for all those involved. UWP, LLC would like to establish a long-term relationship with host city. Signature & $5,000.00 deposit constitutes a binding one (1) year contract between the City of Sparks, Nevada and UWP, LLC. Rights fee to be paid to the UWP, LLC for the US Open of Watercross on June 17-18, 2017 for the amount of 25,000. $5,000 upon signing of the contract, and $20,000 on or before June 16, 2017.   • Marketing Plan The MCP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM that includes all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCP that the plan is accurate is not intended to mislead, confuse or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
