Master Terms. These Master Terms apply to all IT services provided by us to you to the exclusion of any purchase order or other document submitted by you to us. For clarity any Voice or Data service that we supply to you are covered by a separate Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA).
Master Terms. In addition to the terms set forth in this Agreement, the Tax-Qualified Trusts shall also be governed by the provisions of the Master Terms. It is intended that the provisions of the Master Terms be complementary to the terms of this Agreement, provided, however, that to the extent that the terms of this Agreement are construed by a court of competent jurisdiction or applicable governmental agency to be in conflict with the Master Terms, the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence over the Master Terms. Any term capitalized and not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Terms.

Master Terms. The effectiveness of these Master Terms commences on the Effective Date and unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Master Terms, continues until the later of: (a) the date that is one year following the Effective Date; and (b) the date which is six (6) months following the expiration and non-renewal or termination of the Service Term of the last of the Order Forms in effect under these Master Terms.
Master Terms. All SOWs must be in writing, follow the format of the attached SOW template (including all required information and Conditions, as defined below), be signed by an authorized representative of each party, and refer to the Agreement by number or by title and date. SOWs may include Customer purchase orders as part of its documentation but any terms and conditions contained in purchase orders are rejected, void and have no force or effect.
Master Terms. The Master Terms contain the terms and conditions generally applicable for your contractual relationship with the Company. The Company offers a wide range of software products, Cloud service and software development services. The applicable terms and conditions (in particular duration and costs) can be found in the contract concluded separately with you. Please note that in the case of software and Cloud services deliveries or installations, the source code is not included in the scope of delivery owed.
Master Terms. Customer agrees that all future Orders will be subject to the terms of the Agreement. This Agreement is binding on the Commencement Date. Customer understands that the online Master Terms and Service Attachments include service descriptions, requirements, service level agreements (where applicable), payment terms and other terms and conditions, which materially affect the rights, obligations and remedies of all Parties. Verizon may change the Master Terms and Service Terms from time to time, effective upon 15 days posting or other notice. By continuing to use Service(s) after a change becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the changed terms, which apply to new and previously-ordered Services. It is Customer’s responsibility to check the online Master Terms and Service Terms regularly for changes. The Parties acknowledge the Agreement includes consent to use CPNI to market new Services. Master Terms. These Master Partner Agreement terms are one component of the Agreement under which Partner joins a Cloud Software Group Partner Program. The specific Business Unit Partner Program and applicable Benefits and Requirements are as set forth in the applicable Program Guide and Partner Addendum. Partner agrees to these terms by accepting these terms, accessing any Company Partner Portal or by participating in one or more Business Unit Partner Programs. Some Benefits may require the execution of additional addenda to this Agreement in order to participate.
