Materials List. Recipient shall, prior to construction, submit a materials list and proposed construction schedule to ODOT’s ConnectOregon Program Manager. Project costs will only be reimbursed through the design phase of Project until the materials list and proposed construction schedule have been submitted to ODOT’s ConnectOregon Program Manager. Recipient must submit a Request for Change Order and a revised materials list if there are substantial changes to the scope of work. Materials List. As quickly as possible, and in any event by a sufficiently early date to avoid any delays on the Project, a list of materials the Subcontractor proposes using on the Project (the “Materials List”) is to be submitted to the Contractor for the Architect's approval. Contractor shall have the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether such proposed materials are suitable for Subcontractor’s Work on the Project, and Subcontractor agrees to make any and all revisions to the Materials List required by Contractor and to make such revisions within the time period required by Contractor.

  • Materials Stored If the Application for Payment includes materials delivered and suitably stored at the Site but not incorporated in the work, they shall, if required by the Owner or the Design Professional, be conditional upon submission by the Contractor of bills of sale or such other procedure as will establish the Owner's title to such material or otherwise adequately protect the Owner's interest. The Contractor is responsible for the existence, protection, and, if necessary, replacement of materials until execution of the Final Certificate of the Design Professional. The Owner shall not pay for any materials stored off-site.

  • MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site. This requirement applies to all materials with an associated MSDS per the federal “Hazard Communication” standard or employees’ Right-to-Know laws. Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.

  • Materials and Equipment ‌ Material means property that may be consumed or expended during performance, component parts of a higher assembly, or items that lose their individual identity through incorporation into an end item. Equipment means a tangible item that is functionally complete for its intended purpose, durable, nonexpendable, and needed for performance. Materials and Equipment shall be priced in accordance with the terms of the task order award, contract type, and applicable FAR and agency-specific regulatory supplements.
