Maximum Number of Performances. Articles 19.01(A) and (C) do not apply to Educational/Special Performances.
Maximum Number of Performances. Unless otherwise stated in the Producer’s rider, the workweek shall consist of no more than the below- listed number of performances, performed in no more than six days. Categories 1, 2 & 3: 4 performances Categories 4 & 5: 5 performances Categories 6 & 7: 6 performances Categories 8 & 9: 7 performances There shall be no more than two performances on any one day and no more than five performances in any three consecutive days. (But see Rule 10(D), BREAKS AND REST PERIODS.) Except by written permission of Equity, all performance days within each week shall be consecutive. The Actor shall have a full day off in each workweek in addition to the standard 12-hour rest break.
Maximum Number of Performances. 16.01 In the city of origin, City of Toronto, no Artist shall be required to give more than eight (8) performances in six (6) consecutive days in relation to each engagement week, namely Sunday through Saturday, which will apply on a calendar day basis, i.e. even if one (1) or more free days falls during an engagement week the limit of eight (8) performances in that week shall still apply. eight (8) performances in that week shall still apply.
Maximum Number of Performances. (1) The ARTIST may be required to take part in not more than seven (7) performances per week on tour and not more than eight (8) performances per week in the City of Origination. If the ARTIST shall be required to take part in more than seven (7) performances in any week while on tour or more than eight (8) performances in any week in the City of Origination, he shall be paid not less than one-sixth (1/6th) of his agreed-upon weekly compensation for each such additional performance, except for Nutcracker performances which shall be paid at the rate defined in Paragraph 14.(n).

(a) The ARTIST may be required to take part in not more than eight (8) performances per week, except that during any tour week or out-of-town engagement (1984 Xxxxxxx Center engagement excluded) during which the ARTIST is also required to travel, the maximum shall be seven (7) performances per week. If an ARTIST does take part in a greater number of in-town performances per week than is permitted herein, such ARTIST shall be paid not less than the pro rata of his or her agreed upon weekly compensation for each such additional performance, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, EIGHTH (8TH) PERFORMANCES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN A TRAVEL WEEK.
