Maximum Term Employee. (7) The employment of a Maximum Term Employee automatically ends at the conclusion of the specified term, task or project without the need for the City to give any notice. If either party wishes to terminate employment prior to the end of the fixed/maximum term, the required notice period will be as set out above but shall not be greater than the period remaining until the end of the fixed/maximum term.
