Meal Allowance During Overtime. When an employee is required to work two and one-half (2 ½) or more additional hours beyond the employee's scheduled quitting time on a regular shift, works a prearranged twelve (12) hours shift, or works eleven (11) or more consecutive hours including travel time which are paid at the overtime rate, the employee will be provided a meal or a Meal Allowance of Eleven Dollars ($11.00).

When an An employee is who has not been notified prior to the commencement of their regular shift that they are required to work overtime and does work more than two and one-one half (2 ½) or more additional hours beyond the in addition to and immediately following said employee's scheduled quitting time on a regular shift, works a prearranged twelve normal work period of eight (128) hours or ten (10) hours shift, or works eleven that day shall be provided with a meal allowance of ten (11$10.00) or more consecutive hours including travel time which are paid at dollars with the overtime rate, the employee exception of Drivers who will be provided with a meal or a Meal Allowance allowance of Eleven Dollars twelve ($11.00)12.00) dollars.
