Meal Allowances. (a) An employee will be supplied with an adequate meal where an employer has adequate cooking and dining facilities or be paid a meal allowance, in addition to any overtime payment at the following rates: For Nursing Classifications item 9 of Table 2; Aged Care Classifications classified at pay points “A” item 10 of Table 2; Health Professionals classified at pay points “A” item 11 of Table 2; Aged Care Classifications classified at pay points “C” item 12 of Table 2; Health Professionals classified at pay points “C” item 13 of Table 2; Home Care Classifications item 14 of Table 2.
