Common use of Meal Times Clause in Contracts

Meal Times. 21.1 Employees will be allowed a break for a meal each day of not more than one (1) hour’s duration which will be taken, as far as practicable, within a period of five (5) hours of commencing work; provided that such arrangement may be altered by agreement between the Employer and the Employees.
