DISTRICT VEHICLES. At each work site (North/South Xxx County), the Xxx County School District shall provide transportation for Technology technicians, when necessary, following the NCSD policy regarding use of District vehicles and/or personal vehicles.

DISTRICT VEHICLES. To facilitate the District's operation, the District General Manager may assign a District vehicle to certain employees who are required to be on call for and respond to operational problems or emergencies after normal work hours. District vehicles are not to be used for personal business and are to be operated only by District employees.
DISTRICT VEHICLES. At each work site (North/South Nye County), the Nye County School District shall provide transportation for Technology technicians, when necessary, following the NCSD policy regarding use of District vehicles and/or personal vehicles.
DISTRICT VEHICLES. Employees are not permitted to have unauthorized passengers in District vehicles. Permitting unauthorized passengers may lead to disciplinary action.
DISTRICT VEHICLES. In addition to the provisions above, the District and the Association agree that the purpose of installing video cameras and/or GPS in a district vehicle is to enhance the safety of District employees and students.

  • DISTRICT RIGHTS 5.1 It is understood and agreed that the District retains all of its powers and authority to direct, manage, and control to the full extent of the law.

If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.
