HOT TUB. Please note that no alcohol or food may be consumed in the hot tub. Before entering the hot tub we require guests to shower beforehand if they are wearing sun cream, fake tan or waterproof makeup. Should it be necessary to drain, clear out the filter, re-fill and re-heat the hot tub due to the above terms not being adhered to the sum of £250 will be deducted from your Cautionary Deposit. Should there be a hosepipe ban in Sussex, we will keep the hot tubs going for as long as we can, but if they get into a condition that is unclean, they will be drained and out of action until such time as the ban is lifted. In addition, please read the Health & Safety document provided in the property House Book.
HOT TUB. Guest hereby acknowledges that if the rental property Guest has reserved includes a hot tub, Guest is fully aware that the hot tub and surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury is possible irrespective of exercise of care. Guest should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the rental property. Children under the age of (12) are not allowed to use hot tubs. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, Guest accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and deck/patio areas. Hot tubs may be temporarily unusable during Guest’s stay due to normal maintenance procedures required to keep them clean and sanitized. Hot tubs are prone to temporary or prolonged maintenance issues beyond TRPM’s control. Refunds for non-operational hot tubs will be addressed on a case by case basis at TRPM’s discretion. Refunds for issues with hot tubs will not exceed (20%) of the rental charge up to a maximum amount of ($250.00).

Our housekeepers sanitize and replenish with fresh water and chemicals prior to Guest arrival; therefore, tub water may not be fully warmed until later that evening. NEVER allow the water level to go below the jets; Guests are expected to add water to the tub if needed during their stay. DO NOT STAND OR SIT ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you will be charged for replacement. Always leave cover on tub when not in use; water will cool quickly if not. Jets must be turned off when hot tub is not in use. Temperature must be kept at the constant 100 degrees. DAMAGE TO HOT TUB OR ANY HOT TUB COMPONENTS, EXCESSIVE FILTH OF HOT TUB WATER, OR GUEST LEAVING WATER LEVEL BELOW THE JETS will be remedied through forfeiture of an appropriate portion or full security deposit. Guests allergic to bromine should NOT use hot tub as bromine is added to the tub regularly.

HOT TUB. Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Hot Tub instructions are posted near the Hot Tub. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on the hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, hot tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the hot tub longer than15 minutes at a time. It is imperative that everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Hot Tub to remove body oil. Xxxxxx does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of subject property from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of hot Tub.
HOT TUB. Guest understands that a hot tub is available on the property for their private use. Guest assumes any and all liability from use of said hot tub. Guest is aware that consuming alcoholic beverages while in the hot tub increases the alcoholic effect of the alcohol. Guest will keep the hot tub closed and cover locked when not in use, and will supervise any children when using the hot tub. By using the hot tub, Guest agrees to assume all liability from said use and hereby indemnifies Owner.
HOT TUB. (If and when provided) – Guest(s) acknowledges and understands that Guest(s) may not bring or add any objects or chemicals to the hot tub bath. Guest(s) agrees to pay not less than $100 if hot tub has been compromised in such a manner that results in additional cleaning services being needed. Such cost will be deducted from the Security Deposit or charged to the Credit Card on file.
HOT TUB. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Abide by all posted hot tub rules. • Before your arrival the hot tub will be serviced and pre-set by our maintenance personnel and at an appropriate temperature with balanced chemicals. Feel free to turn on jets or make minor temperature changes for your comfort. •THE HOT TUB COVER SHOULD BE REPLACED WHEN NOT IN USE TO MAINTAIN TEMPERATURE AND PREVENT ENVIROMENTAL IMPURITIES (i.e. dirt, pollen, leaves, etc.). • Should you feel during your stay that the hot tub needs to be serviced, please call our office and we can discuss scheduling maintenance personnel for a service call; additional fees may apply. • For your safety, the hot tub should never be adjusted over 104° F – setting the temperature above 104° F may cause the hot tub to shut off for safety reasons. • Please note the corrosive nature of hot tub chemicals even when properly balance. The heat of the hot tub and the chemicals may accelerate color loss to swimsuits. Jewelry should be removed before entering the hot tub to prevent corrosive damage. **Security Deposit(s) and the Limited Damage Waiver: UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE REPORT ANY PROBLEMS OR DAMAGES OR WE MUST ASSUME THEY OCCURRED DURING YOUR STAY.
