Common use of Medical and Hospitalization Clause in Contracts

Medical and Hospitalization. A member retiring after January 1, 1986 on an unreduced OMERS pension shall have the option to continue participation in the retirees Medical and Hospitalization Plan until age sixty five (65) years. Where the member elects to continue participation, the Board shall contribute seventy five percent (75%) of the cost of the premium of such coverage. For members retiring on or after July 1, 1991, the Board shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the premiums for such coverage. Coverage is as follows:
