Medical Cover. The Executive and his spouse/partner and eligible dependants are entitled to participate in the Group’s International Medical Scheme.
Medical Cover. If you suffer from physical injury or illness during the insured journey, we will indemnify all actual and necessary medical expenses and surgical fees incurred outside of Hong Kong and paid to a medical practitioner, physician, surgeon, nurse, hospital and/or ambulance service. Medical Cover. In addition, the Company must provide the Employee with medical, dental and vision insurance benefits (which can also cover, if applicable, the Employee's spouse and eligible for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of the Employee's termination of employment or up to such time as the acquires other group health coverage, whichever occurs first. In order to provide the Company's obligation to provide health care continuing benefits, the Employee must continually prefer cover on the consolidation Omnibus Budget Act of 1985, as amended (COBRA), to such suitability. The Company's obligation shall be solely satisfied by the payment of the Employee's COBRA premiums during the period of the 365 days, but only to the extent that such premiums exceed the amount otherwise payable by the Employee for coverage of the Employee and the Employee's appropriate dependants provided by the Company's medical , dental and vision insurance programmes are covered at the time of the Employee's termination of employment, the Employee still employed Company. Medical Cover. The Company will pay for medical coverage for the Executive with BUPA’s gold scheme and shall pay and discharge all taxes payable by the Executive as a benefit in kind.

Medical Cover. 10.1 The Executive shall be eligible for family health cover.
Medical Cover. Provided the Executive complies with any eligibility requirements or other conditions set by the Company and any insurer appointed by the Company from time to time, and subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant policies as amended from time to time, the Executive and his wife and children aged from 14 days to 19 years or up to age 25 if the child is in full time education and not gainfully employed, at the Company’s expense, participate in the Company’s private health insurance arrangements (the “Scheme”). The terms upon which this insurance is provided and the level of cover will be in accordance with Company policy from time to time. The Company reserves the right at any time to withdraw this benefit or to amend the terms upon which it is provided. On becoming and so long as the Executive and his dependants are members of the Scheme, the Executive hereby undertakes that he will reimburse the Company under any circumstances any amounts paid by the Company or by the Scheme in respect of any medical expenses incurred by the Executive or by his eligible dependants, which are non-reimbursable in accordance with the Scheme (the “Non-Reimbursable Medical Expenses”). In addition, the Executive also authorises the Company to deduct from his salary to the extent permitted by applicable law, such Non-Reimbursable Medical Expenses that have not been reimbursed by him.
Medical Cover. The Executive and his spouse/partner and eligible dependants are entitled to participate in the Group's UK Medical Scheme.
Medical Cover. The Appointee and his spouse/partner and eligible dependants are entitled to participate in the Group’s International Medical Scheme.
Medical Cover. The Executive and her family shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s private medical insurance scheme (PPP) subject to and in accordance with the Scheme rules, with the Company paying 100% of the annual subscription rate. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the scheme and the level of benefits provided thereunder.
