Common use of Medical Leaves Clause in Contracts

Medical Leaves. 1. The Hospital will provide eligible employees with a leave of absence for the employee’s own serious medical condition, or to care for a spouse, child, parent, or parent-in-law with a serious medical condition, or for the birth, adoption, or xxxxxx care placement of a child.
