MEDICAL PERSONNEL AT FIRE SCENE. The Employer agrees that, to the extent practicable and consistent with its sole and unilateral determination of the safe and efficient deployment of safety forces, an ambulance with trained medical personnel and life support equipment shall be present at the scene of all emergencies.
MEDICAL PERSONNEL AT FIRE SCENE. Subject to mutual aid agreements, the Employer agrees that an ambulance with trained medical personnel and life support equipment shall be present at the scene of a working fire, or other emergencies.
MEDICAL PERSONNEL AT FIRE SCENE. The employer agrees that an ambulance with trained medical personnel and life support equipment shall be present at the scene of all emergencies or fires where supply lines are laid. The employer and UNION agree that it is the duty of the Delaware County Emergency Medical Service to respond to such emergencies and fires. The employer agrees that in the event Delaware County Emergency Medical Service no longer provides this service, the employer shall provide for said service.
MEDICAL PERSONNEL AT FIRE SCENE. The City agrees that it shall request an ambulance with trained medical personnel and life support equipment to be present at the scene of all (more than one engine company operation) multiple fires or emergencies.
