MEDICAL PLAN BENEFIT ELIGIBILITY. Revise to read: Medical, surgical and hospital dental and vision insurance will be offered on the first day of the month following three (3) complete calendar months of employment the date of hire to all employees who on that date are assigned a .5 FTE or higher. When an employee with less than a .5 FTE transfers to a position of .5 FTE or higher, insurance will be offered the first day of the month following one (1) complete calendar month at the higher FTE provided that the employee has met the initial three (3) month waiting period the date of transfer.
