Meeting Expenses. Each Limited Partner will be solely responsible for its own expenses in connection with attending at and participating in general meetings of the Limited Partners.

Meeting Expenses. Each Party shall bear its own costs, including travel expenses, incurred by its Joint Committee members or by any additional non-member participants of such Party in connection with their attendance at Joint Committee meetings and other activities related to any Joint Committee; for the avoidance of doubt, such costs shall not be included in Development Costs.
Meeting Expenses. Employees required to attend meetings as a specific requirement of the Employer, will do so with pay. All travelled to and from required meetings with the Employer shall be paid at the established rate. If an employee must use the ferry to attend a meeting, such ferry fare shall be paid for by the Employer. ARTICLE PAY DAYS Employees will be paid twice each month, eight days after the first and fifteenth day of each month. Pay cheques will be presented in such a way as to maintain the confidentiality of the cheque.
Meeting Expenses. The Company will pay actual expenses of meals during meetings with clients or for promotion purposes. The Employer will provide a credit card for this purpose.
Meeting Expenses. The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that meetings of its Board are held at least four times each year and at least once each calendar quarter. The Company shall also provide to each Director and each Permitted Observer upon request copies of all notices, reports, minutes and consents with respect to any committee. Directors shall be reimbursed for their reasonable expenses in attending Board meetings. The reasonable expenses of the Permitted Observers shall also be reimbursed.
Meeting Expenses. Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses of the directors to attend a Board meeting shall be reimbursed by the Company.
