Common use of Meeting Pay Clause in Contracts

Meeting Pay. If an employee is required to attend a meeting called by the Employer, such employee shall be paid at his/her regular straight time rate for such attendance. If the meeting takes place during an employee’s regularly scheduled day off or non-work time, such employee will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours or the actual time spent in the meeting, whichever is greater. Employees in tipped classifications will be paid at a rate specified in Appendix “A” attached hereto.
