Common use of Meeting Schedule Clause in Contracts

Meeting Schedule. There shall be regular monthly scheduled meetings of the Labor-Management Committee. In addition, either party may request that the Labor-Management Committee meet to discuss matters of imminent concern. The Labor-Management Committee shall not reach consensus on issues unless the Superintendent and Association President are in attendance. Meetings of the Labor-Management Committee shall be held from Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., unless a different time is agreed to by the parties.
