Meeting Schedule. The parties shall meet at places and times agreed upon at the beginning of the first meeting. Negotiations shall be conducted in a manner which will minimize interference with the required work schedule. However, this provision shall not limit scheduling of negotiations sessions during the workday. Length of meetings as well as times and places of the following meetings shall be agreed upon at the beginning meeting. (Changes may occur by mutual agreement.) All meetings shall be held in closed session.
