Common use of Meeting Space Clause in Contracts

Meeting Space. The County, at the Association’s request, shall reasonably make available conference rooms and other meeting areas for the purpose of holding Association meetings during off-duty time periods. The Association shall provide timely advance notice (48 hours) of such meetings. The Association also agrees to pay any documented additional costs of security, supervision, damage and cleanup, and shall comply with County regulations for assignment and use of such facilities.
