Member Agencies’ Obligations. (a) The Member Agencies agree to monitor and control the quality of Wastewater being discharged into the Member Agency Sewer System so as to ensure compliance with the regulations described in Section 2.8.1 and the applicable Source Control Program. Each Member Agency shall be responsible for the violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations associated with its respective discharge of Wastewater into the Project. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the ability of any Member Agency to hold third parties responsible for such violations.
