In accessing and using Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services Member agrees and acknowledges that they will not: • Make any posting that infringes or violates any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, laws governing trade secrets, rights to privacy, or publicity, or make or deliver any posting that Member does not have a right to make available under law or other contractual or fiduciary relationships. • Make or post any unsolicited advertisement, promotional materials, junk email, bulk email, spam phishing schemes, chain letters, surveys, or contests, or solicit participation in any pyramid schemes. • Make any unlawful postings or provide links to or through this Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services, which advocate illegal activity, and/or containing material that could be considered harmful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, insulting, threatening, harassing, hateful or, otherwise objectionable, or any postings containing material that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability, or make or provide links to, any postings containing defamatory, false or libelous material. • Impersonate, disguise, manipulate or forge the identity of another person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent the origin of the posting or the Member’s affiliation with a person or entity, or adopt a false identity if the purpose of doing so is to mislead, deceive, or defraud another. • Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, or maker any posting containing personal information, such as phone numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, addresses or other identifying information. • Use Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair or otherwise interfere with the use of Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services or other Members’ devices, or cause damage, disruption or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services, any related website, other accounts, computer system, or networks connected to this Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services, through hacking, pass...
MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT. Saratoga Joinery’s core values are: Safety, Respect, Education, Inclusion and Community. As a condition of membership, Saratoga Joinery expects members to demonstrate their commitment to core values by conducting themselves consistent with the following principles including but not limited to exhibiting common courtesy and civility; supporting diversity, equity and inclusion; and refraining from discriminatory or harassing behavior directed toward any Saratoga Joinery member, volunteer, or staff person. Members engaging in misconduct are subject to disciplinary action up to and including membership termination.

Commitment to communities we work in; • Members will actively protect the public health, safety, and welfare of communities we work with. • Members will act in an honest and transparent manner. • Members will include community members in all aspects of project development and implementation. • Members will provide the best possible and most appropriate technical expertise. • Members shall respect the fact that the community is the initiator, owner, and final determinant on its projects. Responsibility toward EWB-Ireland • Members shall not accept funding from companies or organisations whose work or principles are in conflict with those of EWB-Ireland. • Members will act in the best interest of the entire organisation, its members, communities and supporters. • Members will act as an ambassador for EWB-Ireland, its mission and principles. • Members will positively represent the EWB-Ireland brand when conducting any type of EWB-Ireland work including meetings, events, presentations, project travel, media interviews, writing, etc. • Members will not use EWB-Ireland property, facilities, services or financial resources for private purposes except when permission is duly given. Appropriate Conduct; • Members will respect the culture and customs of communities we work with and people we deal with. • Members will respect and follow all the laws of the countries in which they work. This will include, but not be limited to following proper visa procedures (obtaining a volunteer visa if required). • Members will conduct themselves in a professional manner when working on projects in communities. MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT. ● Boulder Street Moto may ban anyone from the premises and/or cancel their membership of anyone who violates the Code of Conduct. ● All members are expected to demonstrate Boulder Street Moto’s core values: acceptance of others, welcoming diversity, promoting inclusion, and celebrating our unique differences. Spreading negativity via social media or directly with fellow members and/or BSM Supporters will not be tolerated. ● Safety is important, if you are unsure of how to safely do something, then don’t do it. ● Always leave the space better than you found it. This includes taking out the trash, wiping down workspaces, sweeping floors, returning tools to the proper place, etc. Remember that The Boulder Street Moto Garage has no staff or janitorial service, just volunteers. ● Take your discarded fluids with you: oil, gas, used solvents, etc. ● Tools/resources must stay on the premises so that other members may use them. Removing tools/resources from the space without authorization from Boulder Street Moto is theft. ● Everyone must sign a release of liability. ● All members are expected to maintain a safe and clean environment at all times. ● The consumption of alcohol while actively working (“wrenching”) in the garage is strictly prohibited. ● No pets allowed in the building. Note that dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. ● It is the responsibility of each member to help enforce the Code of Conduct. If someone is violating the Code of Conduct politely explain to them why their behavior is not acceptable. Egregious violations should be reported Boulder Street Moto’s High Council of Wrenchers (the Board of Directors). ● Bring your attention, your common sense, and your common courtesy any and every time you come to The Boulder Street Moto.
MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT. 10.1 The Club wants all members and supporters to be a part of the passion at all home matches in a safe, secure and enjoyable environment. The Club is therefore committed to preventing members and supporters from behaving in a manner likely to jeopardise the safety or enjoyment of others. The Club’s member and supporter conduct is guided by FFA’s Code of Conduct and their Spectator Code of Behavior.

Sportsmanship is defined as respect for one’s opponents and teammates, and graciousness in playing,training, winning or losing. Members will adhere to KCRC policies, including Athlete Safety Policy and this Member Code of Conduct or accept penalties the Board of Directors deems appropriate. MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT. The Council is committed to promoting the highest standards of behaviour by its members, both elected and co-opted. To reflect this, it has adopted a Members’ Code of Conduct which appears at Part V.- Ethics.
