MEMBER EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT PROGRAM. A. Eligible Employees. New and existing Member Employee (or Member Individual-Liable) Active Units may receive the Member Individual-Liable Service Pricing Discount for eligible service charges and plans subject to and conditioned upon: (1) the Member Employee signing Sprint’s consumer subscriber agreement; (2) the Member Employee providing to Sprint satisfactory evidence of employment with Member; and (3) the Member Employee complying with Sprint’s current terms and restrictions regarding discounts as described in Sprint’s consumer subscriber agreement. Member must use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with Sprint’s employment verification methods. However, Sprint reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify employee’s employment with Member. Upon termination of this Enrollment Agreement for any reason, or upon the Member Employee’s termination of employment with Member, Sprint may cease applying the Member Individual- Liable Active Unit Service Pricing Discount. Except for the Member Individual-Liable Active Unit Service Pricing Discount, and the conditions set forth above, Member Individual-Liable Active Units are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions in the consumer subscriber agreement.

  • Employee Discipline Appropriate sanctions must be applied against workforce 18 members who fail to comply with any provisions of CONTRACTOR’s privacy P&Ps, including 19 termination of employment where appropriate.

  • Broad Participation Retirement Fund A fund established in The Bahamas to provide retirement, disability, or death benefits, or any combination thereof, to beneficiaries that are current or former employees (or persons designated by such employees) of one or more employers in consideration for services rendered, provided that the fund:

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s).

  • State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.

  • Public Employees Retirement System “PERS”) Members. For purposes of this Section 1, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on August 28, 2003 and who is eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • Sick Leave Credit-Based Retirement Gratuities 1) A Teacher is not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the Teacher had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Retirement Program Any employee employed prior to October 1, 1977, working at least seventy (70) hours per month shall by law be a member of the Washington Public Employees Retirement system (PERS) Plan One. Any employee working at least seventy (70) hours per month, entering employment on or after October 1, 1977, shall by law be a member of the School Employees Retirement System, Plan Two or Three. The District shall provide each new employee information concerning PERS or SERS membership benefits.
